“Along with the gift of creativity, photography has also been a tool for me to document my Mexican American heritage, cultural events, sports, people and neighborhood moments.
"It has given me a tool to mentor youth and record the beauty of elders.
"My photography is a continued passion to create bonds with all walks of life, and photographing simple moments of life.”
